Christy is the Practice Manager for Lucas Salerno, CFP^®, and has over 18 years of experience building relationships in service and administrative roles. With a passionate focus on providing detail-orientated care, she constantly works to enhance the client experience. Christy oversees the coordination of the Implementation and Partnership Phases for the planning process and provides ongoing support for internal operations and procedures.

Christy attended Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. Outside the office, Christy enjoys weekly trips to the library with her daughter, board game nights with friends, and kayaking adventures with her husband.
