As the Practice Manager, Kelly is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the support team. She joined the practice in 2001. Through Lighthouse Planning Consultants, Kelly specializes in building financial plans, asset allocation portfolios, and recommended financial solutions for business owners and professionals. She holds her FINRA Series 7, Series 24, & Series 66 registrations and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Montana with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Before joining Lighthouse Planning Consultants, Kelly worked at St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center in Missoula, Montana, in the Human Resource Management and Information Technology departments.

Kelly is a graduate of Stephen Covey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers: Managing Yourself, Leading Others, Unleashing Potential” courses. In addition to managing the team, Kelly runs a robust College Internship Program each semester. She has put over 260 students through her program. Kelly is a frequent speaker on Practice Management, Operations Manuals in a Process-Driven Practice, and Internship Programs for financial firms. She is a consultant for other financial planning practices on these topics as well. Kelly resides in Philadelphia, PA.

Kelly provides administrative services to LFA financial planners and professionals. While she is licensed as a registered representative of LFA, she acts in an administrative capacity and is not able to offer brokerage, investment advisory, or financial planning services directly to an LFA client.
