Soon after graduating from Towson University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Melissa joined Heritage as the Client Relationship Manager for Kathy Armstrong and Elizabeth Paal Goss. As a member of the Armstrong team, she brings her enthusiasm and solutions-based approach to problem solving. Melissa is committed to maintaining long-lasting and trusting client relationships by providing straightforward and effective service.

She recently moved to Baltimore from the Annapolis area. Melissa began competitive horseback riding when she was just five years old and continued to do so throughout her college career. During the weekends, she spends time hiking (her favorite local trail is Greenbury Point on the Naval Academy grounds) or playing tennis with her favorite partner, her dad. Melissa is proud to contribute to the Armstrong team and is eager to continue to expand her knowledge of the financial industry.
