​A Delaware native with nearly three decades of industry experience, Lori Rutkowski has been a dedicated professional within our office since 1996. As Practice Manager of our Wilmington office, Lori plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering concierge-level service to our clients and their families. Her commitment to both excellence and empathy makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of the office, Lori is a proud mother of two accomplished young adults—her greatest source of pride. She resides in the scenic Pike Creek Valley and shares her home with a lively menagerie that includes 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a talkative parrot.

In her free time, Lori enjoys a variety of creative pursuits such as cooking, gardening, and traveling. She also loves attending live concerts and exploring local wineries with friends and family.
