Alison joined the Heritage team supporting Rob Ellrich in 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, previously working for T. Rowe Price, MassMutual, and Morgan Stanley. Alison plays a key role in the Ellrich team, leading the development and refinement of internal business processes. She enhances client service systems for greater efficiency and ensures accurate communication tracking through effective database management.

Alison is based in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, where she lives with her partner Duncan, their two sons, and a few beloved cats. Outside of work, she’s passionate about youth sports and serves as a coach for her oldest son’s competitive soccer team. Alison also enjoys traveling to esports events nationwide and spending time by the ocean whenever possible.
