Tina joined the Heritage Team in August 2026 as the Client Relationship Manager for Paul Baader. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including more than 10 years in banking. 

Tina is dedicated to client relationships and brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills to her role.  

Tina lives in Bel Air, Maryland, with her children, Alexandra and Jesse, and her two mini dachshunds, Johnny Cash and Penny Lane. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending as much time as possible with her family.
