Brian’s commitment to excellence has been recognized often – he has been featured in Worth Magazine, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, and several radio shows related to financial planning. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Roundtable1 since 1996. While at Lincoln Financial Advisors, from 2008 to 2012, Brian achieved the prestigious Premier Partners® Program2 Chairman’s Council3 recognition. From 2013 to 2021, he was named to Premier Partners® Top of Council3 every year. Brian’s achievements include being ranked among Lincoln’s Top 503 producers 11 times (2013–2021, 2023) and earning Top of Council honors in 10 of those years. Most notably, he reached the elite Top 10/President’s Club3 in 2023, while also achieving the highly coveted Premier Partners® Diamond level that same year. He is also a member of The Resource Group (TRG), composed of the top advisors within Osaic Wealth, Inc. (see membership & award disclosures below).
Brian currently resides in Baltimore with his wife (Veida), his sons (Chase and Grant), and his daughter (Charlotte). Brian leads a very active lifestyle, which includes working out and playing golf.

The Million Dollar Round Table membership is independently produced by The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. Members must meet a certain level of premium, commission, or income during the year and must also adhere to strict ethical standards. Brian Horn applied for this membership and a fee of $550 was paid to be a member. There were no fees to promote the membership.
Membership in The Resource Group is based on the top 200 planners within Osaic Wealth, Inc. The goal of TRG is to collaborate and share intellectual capital – including financial planning expertise, resources, networking opportunities, and practice management strategies – to help drive practice development among advisors and provide industry-leading service to clients.
