Heritage Financial Consultants is proud to announce that Christina Close has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer, effective August 2025.

In this key leadership role, Christina brings a deep understanding of financial services operations and advisor support, along with a strong track record of leading practices through transformation and growth. Her expertise will be instrumental as we continue to scale our business and enhance the advisor and client experience across the firm.

Christina began her financial services career in 2010 after graduating from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Over the next 14 years, she held a variety of roles at Lincoln Financial, including internal sales support on both the annuity and 401(k) teams. She was a founding member of the AdviceNext technology consulting group, where she helped advisors integrate tools and solutions into their practices to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.

Later, as part of Lincoln’s Practice Management Team, Christina focused on helping advisors build more efficient, scalable practices through strategic team development and operational improvements. Following Lincoln’s acquisition by Osaic in 2024, she transitioned into the role of Transition Consultant and Relationship Manager, where she supported advisors and their teams through complex system and procedural changes, providing guidance and hands-on support during a critical time of integration.

Christina lives in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the outdoors.
