Brian Horn specializes in comprehensive financial planning, advising his clients in the accumulation, conservation, and ultimate distribution of their assets.
Brian has been a Financial Planner since 1996, when he affiliated with Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors). In 2005, Brian and two other people partnered to form Insight Financial Group, LLC. He then joined Heritage Financial Consultants as a Partner.
Brian’s commitment to excellence has been recognized often – he has been featured in Worth Magazine, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, and several radio shows related to financial planning. He has also qualified for the Million Dollar Roundtable since 1996. Within Osaic FA, Brian has been listed on the Top 50 Advisors, Top of Council list nationally for many years, and since 2014, he has been listed on the Top 10 Advisors, President’s Club list. He is also a member of The Resource Group, composed of the top advisors within Osaic FA (see membership & award disclosures below).
Brian currently resides in Baltimore with his wife (Veida), his sons (Chase and Grant), and his daughter (Charlotte). Brian leads a very active lifestyle, which includes working out and playing golf.

The Million Dollar Round Table membership is independently produced by The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. Members must meet a certain level of premium, commission, or income during the year and must also adhere to strict ethical standards. Brian Horn applied for this membership and a fee of $550 was paid to be a member. There were no fees to promote the membership.
Membership in The Resource Group is based on the top 200 planners within Osaic FA. The goal of TRG is to collaborate and share intellectual capital – including financial planning expertise, resources, networking opportunities, and practice management strategies – to help drive practice development among advisors and provide industry-leading service to clients.
Osaic FA’s President’s Club is an internal recognition based on sales as well as good standing with the firm and FINRA.
