With over 25 years of experience as a commercial banker, Courtney Caldwell transitioned into the financial planning industry. As a former senior lending officer and senior credit officer, he has a deep understanding of finance and a knack for numbers.

He believes in a personal and highly individualistic approach to financial planning. He doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all formula; instead, he treats his clients as friends, building strong, lasting relationships. Since 1998, he has been a dedicated financial planner with his current broker-dealer, Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors), committed to helping his clients achieve their financial goals.

He is deeply involved in his community, particularly in whitewater paddling organizations. He serves as a financial advisor to the Hartwood Foundation, a charity that provides housing for mentally challenged adults in community settings. Additionally, he donates his time and resources to the Bull Run Mountains Conservancy, a conservation charity where he volunteers and supports their mission.
