Dave Cooper is a Financial Planner with Heritage. He brings over 45 years of experience to his clients, helping them find a comprehensive financial plan to meet their unique needs.

Dave joined Osaic Wealth, Inc. (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) in 1983 and served as Regional Vice President of Lincoln Financial Advisors from 1983-1986. He moved to Virginia to become the Regional CEO from 1986 to 2000. In 2000, he left management and returned to client service and financial planning, his true passion. In 2016,Dave joined Osaic Wealth, Inc. (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) in 1983 and served as Regional Vice President of Lincoln Financial Advisors from 1983-1986. Dave earned a bachelor’s from Ball State University.

He currently serves on the Board of Young Life Capernaum and is very active in many charities around the Hampton Roads area. Dave enjoys boating, fishing, and golf, living by the mantra “Work hard to play harder.” Dave just celebrated his 49th wedding anniversary to Cris. They have three daughters, three sons-in-law, and have been blessed with six grandchildren.
