Erely Zambrano serves as the Client Experience & Operations Manager for Andrew Horowitz‘s team at Heritage Financial Consultants. She plays a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience by overseeing key operational processes, supporting client relationships, and helping ensure that each interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to personalized service and care.

Known for her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and collaborative approach, Erely helps create an environment where clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their financial journey. She has completed the educational requirements for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and is continuing her path toward earning the CFP® designation.

Outside of work, Erely enjoys competitive tennis, running, and creating mixed media artwork.
