Kirstin is an integral part of Andrew Horowitz’s financial team at Heritage Financial Consultants. She joined the firm in January 2021, bringing with her over a decade of experience in administrative and operational support. In 2022, Kirstin advanced to the role of Practice Manager for Andrew Horowitz’s office, where she oversees daily operations and ensures an exceptional client experience.

Dedicated to professional growth, Kirstin plans to obtain her Life & Health Certification in the coming year. She takes great pride in delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients, providing reliable assistance with their financial needs.

Beyond her operational responsibilities, Kirstin contributes to the planning and coordination of client appreciation events and volunteers with various charitable organizations throughout the year.

Outside of the office, Kirstin enjoys traveling, hiking, and boating, as well as spending quality time with her four children.
