Lauren Lerch has been a dedicated professional in the financial services industry since 2005. She joined the Brent Fuchs team in 2014 and serves as the Practice Manager for the Preston office. In this role, Lauren is committed to enhancing client experience, helping clients better understand their accounts, and is constantly seeking ways to improve service within the practice.

Lauren brings a client-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and deep industry knowledge to her work. Known for her approachable style and memorable conversations, she is always ready with recommendations for the next great destination. Whether she’s helping a client with their account details, giving local dining recommendations, or explaining Icelandic hot springs customs, she’s dedicated to being there for her clients and her team.

Lauren lives in her hometown of Denton, MD, with her husband, Jason, their son, Mark, and two beloved pets: Loki, a pinecone-obsessed senior dog, and Olaf, the cat who is the official household manager. Outside the office, Lauren enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and performing in community theatre, especially in murder mysteries, where she takes great pride in a dramatic exit.
