Madison Rexford is a Financial Professional Associate for the office of Stacey Spedden-Irrgang, CRPC®, LUTCF®, FSCP®. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial plans, conducting research and analysis, assisting with client meetings, and helping implement recommendations across investment, retirement, and risk management areas.

Madi specializes in retirement planning for school system employees, helping participants navigate 403(b) and 457(b) plan options, optimize distribution strategies, and align their retirement plans with long-term financial goals. Madi graduated from the NextGen Program offered through our former broker-dealer, Lincoln Financial Advisors, under the leadership of Stacey. She is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 registrations.

A Maryland native, Madi graduated from McDonogh School before attending The University of Tampa, where she earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science and competed as a collegiate lacrosse player. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband, Pratt, and their dog, Tali- who she will tell you is their child! Madi is a true crime podcast enthusiast and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
