Miranda is a dedicated and ambitious Operations Manager working alongside Andy Andrews, CFP®, RICP®. With a vivid, imaginative, and detail-oriented focus, she brings intention and craftsmanship to the client experience while helping design scalable internal systems that support the firm’s growth.

Before stepping into her current role, grit was a constant throughout Miranda’s collegiate journey at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she completed three internships, multiple research assistantships, and a senior thesis on quantifying Blue-Chip Art, all while earning an honors designation in Economics. Along the way, she cultivated her creative sensibilities through part-time roles in visual merchandising and bridal styling – experiences that deepened her appreciation for life’s milestone moments and seasons, customer experience, brand presence, and the subtle details that inform perception and trust. These experiences shaped her macro- and micro-analytical mindset and fostered a deep appreciation for thoughtful structure and purposeful process.

Miranda is ecstatic to be launching her career in financial consulting and takes pride in being Andy’s right-hand partner in delivering exceptional service. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys playing board games, shooting pool, oil painting, cheering on the Packers, Bucks, and Brewers, and thrifting second-hand.
