Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from York College of Pennsylvania. Tom additionally holds the Chartered Financial Consultant™ and Chartered Life Underwriter™ designations from the American College and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation from the College for Financial Planning.
In addition to his various state and national licenses, he is a board member of the Franciscan Center in Baltimore, MD, as well as actively involved as a board member and coach of various sports within the Carroll Manor Rec Council.
