Barbara Carson joined the team in March 2026 as a Planner Assistant for Randy Chin, bringing two decades of specialized experience in the financial services industry.

Throughout her 20-year tenure with Lincoln Financial Group, Barbara developed deep expertise in contracting and compensation. She held key positions across several distribution channels where she was responsible for managing complex lines of business and overseeing state appointments. A natural leader and collaborator, she frequently handled high-level escalations and spearheaded the training and development of new team members.

Barbara is pleased to continue her career in financial services by contributing her operational knowledge to the team.

Outside of her professional life, Barbara is a devoted wife, mother of two, and grandmother to five granddaughters. When she isn’t spending quality time with her family and friends, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations.
