Caroline Nardi began her career in Fall 2024 as a Planner Assistant for Elizabeth Paal Goss and Kathy Armstrong before moving into her current role as a Client Service Analyst. A recent graduate of Towson University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting and is now pursuing industry certifications to continue building her expertise.  

Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Caroline now lives in Mays Chapel with a friend and her German Shepherd. Outside of work, she enjoys running, exploring her creative side through arts and crafts, and spending time with friends and family. Travel is another passion, and she looks forward to discovering new places and experiences whenever she can. 

Caroline’s education and motivation make her a great fit at Heritage Financial Consultants, supporting Elizabeth and Kathy, and serving clients with care and reliability. Motivated and team-oriented, Caroline is excited to begin her career in financial services and looks forward to learning, growing, and contributing to the continued success of the Paal Goss/Armstrong Team.
