Shannon James is the Practice Manager for the office of Stacey Spedden-Irrgang. Her responsibilities include managing and executing the practice’s Five Star Client Service Model, as well as providing ongoing support for internal operations and procedures. Shannon strives to ensure that all clients are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Being an MD Insurance Producer, Shannon is a licensed health insurance specialist and works with Stacey on individual health insurance strategies for clients that are of retirement age. She is also a commissioned notary for the state of Maryland. She has been working in the financial industry since 2004 and has worked exclusively with Stacey since 2007.

Shannon graduated from Towson University in 2008 with a B.S. in Mass Communications as well as a minor in Spanish studies. She now resides in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania with her husband, Ryan, son, Colton, her daughter, Lilly and their six chickens. When they aren’t cheering from the stands, whether it be in the ice rink or the soccer field, the James family actively participates in fundraising campaigns to support local families and facilities.
