Heritage Financial Consultants was named a “Top Workplace” by the Baltimore Sun/Energage on 12/7/2023 for the year 2023. This is the sixth time in the last seven years that Heritage Financial Consultants has been recognized as a Top Workplace.

The Baltimore Sun’s Top Workplaces awards seek out the region’s best places to work through company nominations and determines the winners based on the results of employee feedback surveys provided by Energage, a company that conducts Top Workplaces surveys for dozens of news organizations across the country. The employee engagement survey of 24 questions gathers responses regarding issues relating to workplace culture, including things such as the company’s alignment, leadership, benefits, and compensation and more.
