Phoenix started working at Heritage in June 2024. Prior to joining Heritage, Phoenix worked at a law firm and has eight years of experience as a receptionist. She graduated from YTI of York in 2018 with an associate degree in Specialized Technology.

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her Siberian Husky, Artemis, and three cats, Spencer, Penelope, and Rossi. She also enjoys crafting, reading, and going on adventures, whether it be on the beach or in the mountains.
