LFN advisors nominate members of their staff for this award based on their contributions to the practice and exemplification of LFN’s core values: strength, courage, integrity, respect, and optimism.
Here are a few words from Lori’s nomination by advisor Ken Rudzinski:
“Lori has been my practice manager for 20+ years. She works as hard as anyone I have ever worked with, including myself. She is never afraid of speaking her mind, and I find her willingness to say what she thinks to be what any advisor needs to keep balance within the organization. I always seek out her advice when I am unsure of how to handle something, as I know I will get strong, objective and well-thought-out feedback from her.”
Ken also said, “Lori is extremely empathic to client and staff needs, and to mine as well. Her integrity goes without question, and she always asks herself ‘what the right thing is to do, not the expedient thing.’ As a result, she commands the utmost respect from everyone. Lori arrives daily at the office early, well before starting time, and stays late until the job is done for the day. No complaints. Optimism. Lori always sees the glass as half-full.”
LFN Staff Forum is a three-day conference designed for advisor staff to deepen their knowledge and sharpen their skills. The annual staff recognition presentation is always a highlight of the meeting.
Please join us in congratulating Lori for this well-deserved recognition!
