Kornelia joined the practice of Marc Neumann, Michael Byrne, and Kevin Byrne, as a VP of Operations in 2023.

Kornelia is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She began her career with Lincoln Financial Group in the Professional Development program holding positions in Internal Audit, Field Operations and Relationship Management. In addition, she was a Practice Manager at Park Avenue Securities. Most recently she was a Business Operation Manager for the Philadelphia office and a Southern Division Regional Director of Operations at Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors).
