Before joining Regina Beatty and Julian Grubbs’ team, Nancy Peña worked at Fidelity Family Office Services for 13 years, where she had the opportunity to develop and lead high-performing teams, manage complex client escalations, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. With that experience, she successfully led digital transformation projects, improved workflow processes, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys fitness, traveling, live music, and sporting events. Her hobbies include running, Pilates, and spending time with her dogs.
